- Identity information: your name and mobile number (used to verify your identity via WhatsApp OTP)
- Contact information: address, alternate phone number, and email, if you choose to provide them
- Scheme & transaction data: the schemes you enroll in, monthly payment records, payment dates and amounts, receipts, and cashback/loyalty point balances
- Payment data: when you pay online, your payment is processed directly by Cashfree (our payment gateway). We receive a payment confirmation and reference ID only — we never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details
- Referral data: your referral code and the referrals you make, if you use our referral program
- Device data (where enabled): a push-notification token, used to send you payment reminders and receipts
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your customer account
- To enroll you in Diwali Fund schemes and track your monthly savings and payment history
- To send WhatsApp messages for OTP login, payment receipts, and payment reminders
- To process online payments securely through Cashfree
- To operate our cashback, loyalty points, and referral programs
- To provide customer support and respond to your queries
- To meet our legal, tax (GST), and accounting record-keeping obligations
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted service providers who help us run the App:

5. Data Retention
We retain your account and scheme information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as required to meet our accounting, GST, and other legal obligations under Indian law.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below. Note that we may need to retain certain transaction records to comply with tax and accounting regulations even after an account deletion request.
7. Children's Privacy
The App involves financial transactions and is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
